The Harbour Town Gift Card can be redeemed at Harbour Town stores including outlets, specialty stores and selected cafes and restaurants and are valid for 12 months.

Gift Cards can be purchased from the Tourism & Customer Service Lounge or online here with a delivery or pick up option.

Gift Cards are not currently redeemable at Asian Fresh, Cherry Blossom Sushi, , McDonalds, Red Rooster, Basin Robins/Cookie Man, Subway, Swell, Only Me, Connor, Rays Outdoors, Jade Designs, NW Collections, The Perfume Connection, Summit Wall Art, Shoe Trends, Frat House.

Terms and Conditions of Use

This gift card is issued by Harbour Town Centre Management Pty Ltd, ABN 21 001 302 610.

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a gift card you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Treat this gift card like cash. Damaged, altered lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

This gift card:

  • Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card;
  • Is redeemable for merchandise/services at participating retailers in Australia only and not for the purchse of of other gift cards, or for purchases made online, or by email, phone or fax;
  • Not redeemable for cash and cannot be be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts;
  • Cannot be reloaded;
  • Is partially redeemable; Retailers are not obliged to accept the use of this gift card on a sale of under $10;
  • Non participating retailers are listed on our website provided above;
  • Unused balance on expiry of this gift card will not be redeemable, refunded or credited;
  • Purchases exceeding available gift card balance, require the difference to be paid by another method;
  • You are liable for all transactions on your card except in the case of fraud or negligence by us;
  • Merchandise and services purchased using this card can only be exchanged or refunded in accordance with the law and the returns policy of the participating retailer and any concerns about merchandise or services purchased must be addressed to that retailer.

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of use at any time, including removing and adding participating retailers where you may redeem the gift card, at any time.
