Visiting with Kids

You'll be able to keep the whole family entertained while taking time out for some retail therapy with two, brand new play spaces for kids to run, climb and explore.

In our Southern Sports & Leisure Mall, you'll find our larger, nature inspired playground located in front of Shoe Warehouse. Kids can play I Spy while they're there, with ten hidden animals to find

In our Northern Mall, in front of TK Maxx, you can find a second smaller play space, better suited for younger children. Both play spaces are undercover, with plentiful seating and amenities near by.

Please remember to supervise your children at all times on play equipment.

Pram Parking

Pram parking is available in front of all centre entrances. If you're planning to stay longer than 4 hours, visit our Customer Service team at Centre Management to collect a free, all day parking pass.

Complimentary Hire

You can hire a single childrens strollers from Centre Management, free of charge. Stroller hire is subject to availability, so during busy periods it's recommended you call our Customer Service team on 08 8355 1144 to book ahead. A form of ID is required to hire a stroller.

Parents Rooms

There are three blocks of amenities at Harbour Town Premium Outlets, with Parents Rooms equipped for nappy changes and feeding at all three. Amenities are located between Paris Nails & Boss in our Northern Mall, near the food court, and between Shoe Warehouse & JT Surf in our Southern Mall. Microwaves are also available in the amenities located near the food court & JT Surf only.

The Southern Parents Room is an accredited Baby Care Room with the Australian Breastfeeding Association. This Parents Room has additional features to make shopping with young children even easier, including a two private feeding chairs, a private toddler toilet, a microwave, a change station and wash basin, as well as a gated space with toys to keep toddlers entertained whilst feeding.

Guest Lounge

Did you know Harbour Town has a Guest Lounge open 7 days a week? The Guest Lounge is located at Centre Management, with free luggage and shopping storage, free WIFI and a device charging station. It's open to all shoppers, with comfortable lounges where you can rest, or take some time to feed babies and children.
