Car Parking

Please note Harbour Town Adelaide has four hour parking limit. The car park is managed by Wilson's Parking and you may get fined if you stay over four hours. If you wish to stay longer, please come to Centre Management and we can arrange an all-day parking permit at no charge.

EV Charging

Harbour Town Premium Outlets has EV charging stations, located near McDonalds in the carpark, you can find these on the Plugshare or Chargefox apps, or view here.

The charging stations are equipped with CCS2 charging connectors which are compatible with the majority of EVs in Australia. The charging stations are a 150kW Kempower DC fast Charger. The system uses dynamic power management to intelligently distribute available power between the four installed charging points. The charger is managed through Chargefox and users can pay using the Chargefox app or an RFID card.

The average charging time is 20-40mins from 20-80% SoC (State of Charge). This is dependent on several factor including battery, voltage, and condition.

Amenities

There are three separate parent’s rooms throughout Harbour Town Premium Outlets equipped with nappy change facilities, sinks, filtered water and toddler toilets.

Amenities are located between Guess & Boss in our Northern Mall, near The Centre Management in the Central Mall, and between Shoe Warehouse & JT Surf in our Southern Mall.

The parent’s rooms located near Centre Management in the Central mall and the parent’s room located between JT Surf and Subway in the Southern mall also have private feeding chairs and microwaves. The Southern mall parents’ room is an accredited Baby Care Room with the Australian Breastfeeding Association. This Parents Room has additional features to make shopping with young children even easier, including two private feeding chairs, a private toddler toilet, a microwave, a change station and wash basin, filtered water tap, as well as a gated space with toys to keep toddlers entertained whilst feeding.

Changing Place Facility Now Available

We're pleased to announce that Harbour Town Adelaide now offers a fully equipped Changing Place Facility for visitors who need additional support. The Changing Place Facility provides a safe and comfortable space with specialised equipment including an adult-sized changing bench, hoist, and accessible toilet facilities, that is fully compliant by Changing Places Australia standards.

Key features include adult-sized height adjustable changing bench, ceiling track with mobile hoist, accessible toilet with room for carers, privacy screen, non-slip flooring and adequate space for wheelchair users and carers.

You'll find the Changing Place Facility conveniently located near The Coffee Club, adjacent to Centre Management. Parking at the entrance located opposite McDonalds, look for ‘Guest Lounge’ and you will find the Changing Place Facility at the amenities in this area. The room offers privacy and dignity for people with complex care needs and their carers.

Access information

The Changing Place Facility is accessed via MLAK key. Customers should have their own MLAK key to access this facility. To obtain a MLAK key, you need to be a qualified carer or family member, and there are strict criteria for eligibility.

The Changing Place Facility is available during regular centre hours.

If you don't have your own MLAK key, please visit reception at Centre Management. Our team will assess whether access can be provided using the key held at the Centre Management office.

Pet Friendly

Our outdoor mall is pet friendly, so even your furry family members can join you for some outlet shopping. Please ensure pets are kept on a leash and supervised at all times. You can locate pet friendly stores, identifiable by a green pawprint sticker on their shopfront. Pets can enjoy our pet friendly drinking fountain located near Adairs.

Free WiFi

Connect to our free WiFi by searching for 'Harbour Town Free WiFi' in your WiFi settings on your device for free wifi to use in the Guest Lounge. Click and fill out your details to connect, return users will be able to reconnect without re-filling in their details.

ATM's

You can find ATMX, located in front of Coach in our Premium Undercover Mall.

Did you know Harbour Town has a Guest Lounge open 7 days a week? The Guest Lounge is located at Centre Management, with free luggage and shopping storage, free WIFI and a device charging station. It's open to all shoppers, with comfortable lounges where you can rest, or take some time to feed babies and children.
